Shipping policy

We offer domestic and international shipping on all orders through our fulfillment partner, Printify.

 1. Production Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

 2. Shipping Time & Rates

• USA: 2–8 business days

• Canada: 10-30 business days

• International: 10-30 business days

* Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

 3. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update. 

4. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to:

• Customs processing

• Carrier issues (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.)

• Weather or force majeure

 5. Lost or Stolen Packages

Venomous Threads Co. is not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed. If you experience an issue, contact your carrier directly and email us at venomousthreadsco@gmail.com — we’ll do our best to help.
